Nikki Calden comes to Real Estate with 25 years’ experience in the building materials industry.  She has built extensive knowledge helping both homeowners and builders with home remodeling, new construction and DIY projects. Her passion is connecting people with homes!  Our homes are the 2nd most important aspects of our lives next to the family and friends that we share them with!  The time spent at home is what connects us!

Nikki was born and raised in the great state of Maine and relocated with her family four years ago to Davidson, NC and has never looked back!  The family has immediately connected to the community, geography and all the amazing outdoor living that the Lake Norman region has to offer!  Family first, home second, Nikki’s husband and two teenage children have loved their new North Carolina life!  They are active in sports, music & theater, they have truly connected with HOME in Davidson! They love the greenway trail systems in North Carolina and spend time each day on the Davidson greenway with their two mini-dachshunds! 

With several years of In-home sales experience, facilitating sales training and leading large sales teams in the home improvement business, Nikki can help you finalize your wants, needs, and priorities for selling your existing home and getting you aligned successfully with your new home!  Results matter!
